$1,000 security deposit by credit card and a 25% advance payment will hold a weekly reservation. The payment balance is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Final payment may be by credit card or personal check. 11% Florida state and hotel tax is applicable.

Cancellation allowed up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival with full advance payment refund less a $100 process fee.

No refunds are given for cancellation within 60 days of scheduled arrival or after final payment is made unless home is re-booked for that period. We suggest our available travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or weather related issues.

Captiva Island Vacation Rentals

Nirvana is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath luxury house located directly on the southern end of Captiva’s beach with private pool and a wonderful deck overlooking the classic Captiva sunsets. It’s location on Captiva Drive makes for an easy walk to the wonderful restaurants at the north tip of Sanibel Island or a short drive to Captiva’s village center.

Nirvana is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath gulf-front home on Captiva. Nirvana features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grill, cd stereo and all of the fine accoutrements one would expect in a gulf-front island home. Nirvana sits on a gorgeous stretch of sugar-sand beach and has views of the Gulf of Mexico that stretches for miles on end.

	The living room features leather furniture (with a Queen sleeper), fireplace, TV with DVD player and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The screened lanai runs the length of the house, from the living room, past the dining room and kitchen all the way to the Junior Master Suite. The dining area has phenomenal views of the Gulf, as does the fully-equipped kitchen. The screened lanai is a great spot to enjoy breakfast, and it takes you straight down to the pool and jacuzzi. Just upstairs on the top level of the home you will find the Master Suite. It features a King bed, private open-air balcony, and a morning kitchen. No need to go downstairs for a cup of coffee in the morning - brew it in your own suite! The Junior Master Suite is on the main living level and has its own access to the screened lanai. You clearly see the beach and water from the Queen bed - what a wonderful way to start and end your day! The guest bedroom features two twin beds. It is located on the main living level, near to the Junior Master Suite.
